Nourish Your Soul – Winter Retreat

At the dawning of winter, where the sweet invitation is to rediscover nourishment, sanctuary and renewed inspiration, we welcome you to our loving crafted yoga and meditation retreat.
Join Amy Wilkinson of Inna Bliss Yoga and me, for this 3 night wholesome luxury retreat, held at the stunning Wybelena Organic Farm, situated in over 170 acres of serene and luscious property in Byron Shire.
Together we will enjoy 4 days of yoga and meditation practices and workshops that will guide us to go inside and connect to the centre of our being, to ground and to cultivate a lasting sanctuary of healing, renewal and radiance. We’ll enjoy an abundance of organic and healing foods, cosy fire chats and soul affirming rituals as well as plenty of space to simply be and bask in the magnificent potency and beauty of the surrounds.
Each day will commence with a sunrise meditation, infusing our senses with the delights of nature, and followed up by a nourishing and invigorating yoga practice. The afternoons will be spent sharing in one of my workshops with an inspiring and instinctual approach to meditation, or immersing into a deeply healing and restorative yoga practice, infused with essential oils, guided visualisations and self care rituals, designed to ground, purify and elevate your presence. On the Saturday evening we’ll connect around an open fire and share in a delightful music and wine meditation to luxuriate in our senses even more. It’s all about balance after all.

The accomodation at Wybalena is beautiful, spacious, clean and modern. You’ll enjoying staying in the gorgeous, newly renovated farm house with wrap around verandahs and views over the valley, or in one of the architecturally designed, fully self contained cabins. The sleeping arrangement is primarily single or double occupancy with double or king beds in most rooms, however there are a few rooms which cater for a twin share arrangement.
