Befriend Your Body

Weight and worth, injury and alienation, illness and self image…our bodies can take a lot of flack from us.

For anyone who has become disconnected from, upset with, plagued by or estranged from their own body, this workshop takes you on a journey back to peaceful and joyful embodiment. Our body/mind/system is wired for wholeness, our souls are alive in our bodies, our calling is to be at ease and flowing with grace within the world…a healthy relationship with our bodies is the first step to freedom and joy. Sometimes we forget that our bodies are not just a vessel we walk around in – they are our earthly home in our one short lifetime. Lets appreciate and enjoy them.

Join me at the Shri Yoga Studio at Burnett Lane in the CBD as we explore gentle yoga, exploration, healing practices to deal with challenges and wounds and meditation to weave you back into your soul’s home.
