Tabatha Smith

Guest Teacher

Tabatha Smith is an experienced and passionate yoga and meditation teacher. Her teaching style is inspired by her study of psychology, Instinctive Meditation, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Vinyasa, Restorative, Iyengar and Yin Yoga. She sensitively weaves together into her teaching her experiences with emotions, the senses, instincts and nature.

She brings her experience of life, love, parenting and formal yoga and meditation study to her classes, which lends a playful, realistic and celebratory tone. She believes deeply in empowering her students to access their own internal wisdom and healing.

In her classes, private sessions and workshops Tabatha aims to help students relieve tension and find more ease and pleasure in their bodies.
