Join Alison Potts – Innate Being and Amy Wilkinson – Inna Bliss Yoga as we immerse into a week away in the spiritual heart of Bali.
In August 2020 we travel to Ubud for a truly rejuvenating and soulful experience that will call you home to yourself and inspire you to rest, replenish and cultivate the most ideal space for you to be, reflect, reconnect and rediscover your joy!
We’ll spend a week at the idyllic Honai Wellness Resort, our own private paradise, just on the outskirts of Ubud and set amidst lush tropical gardens. Here you will feel so nourished and supported in your practices of radical self care as you relax and indulge in uplifting, luxurious and blissful experiences.
We endevour each and every day to consciously soak in the serene magic and culture this beautiful island is so steeped in, as we enjoy morning and afternoon yoga & meditation practices, within a stunning open air yoga pavilion, enjoy healthy & delicious local cuisine, indulge in pampering rituals, laze, journal, explore, lounge by the private infinity pool, and maybe sip a cocktail or two as the sun sets, surrounded by a groups of like minded yogis.
The week is entirely yours and the impulse will be around reclaiming your whole self and affirming what is it to seek and embody your Bliss. Off the mat we will explore Bliss in nourishing and uplifting ways as we relax into the beauty, healing energy & nourishment that such a rich retreat ultimately brings to your body, mind & spirit.
Each day will commence with a rejuvenating yoga practice followed by innate and instinctual meditations, where we will expand and develop our theme and practices throughout the duration of the retreat. Later in the afternoons, surrounded by the beauty & sounds of nature, you will experience the complete nurture of yin and restorative yoga to nourish and rejuvenate.
On other days you will be led by Alison Potts in one of her afternoon workshops which will focus on the magic of intuitive meditation and sacred practices to listen to your own soul and body and empower and incorporate those voices as your own. We will learn the thrilling skill of tuning into our intuitive wisdom and extra-sensory perception as well as the vital art of healing anything that is getting in the way of your self-love and self-worth.
Whilst there will be plenty of yoga & meditation on the retreat, the schedule is tailored to your individual needs so there will be plenty of space to just be, to melt away the daily stresses of modern life, to luxuriate, pamper, shop, tune-in, rest and simply do as you please.
